Moin! Back in proposal 3 the dao started buying its way to owning 1% of MOIN. Proposal 4 finishes it — buying 4,981,000 more MOIN with spare SOL and holding it the way a holder does, so it earns drops. This is the round that takes the dao to 10,000,000 MOIN, 1% of the whole supply.

The dao already holds 5,018,669 MOIN. This round brings it to 9,999,669 — about 100% of the way to 10M, so near enough all of it — and puts the new MOIN to work earning too.

what it does

The dao buys the MOIN on PumpSwap with the spare SOL your drops brought it, as soon as the vote passes. It sets the MOIN it wants and the most SOL it will pay; if the price has run past that, it waits and tries again, so the dao never overpays.

Then it holds the MOIN the way you do — in an account that earns pump.fun's drops, not sitting idle. The MOIN the dao already held moves into that account too, so none of it sits still, and the keeper sweeps the drops to the treasury.

why

This is board idea number two, seen through: the dao owns 10M MOIN, 1% of the 1,000M supply. Held in earning accounts, that MOIN brings the dao its own share of the drops — so the more it owns, the more comes back, round after round, whether or not anyone else keeps redirecting. The dao's income no longer leans on who shows up. The drops grow the reserve, and the MOIN is out of circulation while the dao holds it.

Proposal 3 took the dao about halfway. This round buys the rest in one go, so the whole 1% is held and earning rather than left to drift with the price. The treasury rebuilds from the drops that keep coming in.

good to know

  • It targets MOIN, not a budget. The round aims at a number of MOIN, never an amount to spend; the "at most this much SOL" only keeps the dao from overpaying.
  • The dao keeps control. The earning account is the dao's own: the MOIN in it moves only by a passed proposal, the same as anything the treasury holds.
  • This round spends down to a 1 SOL floor. To finish the 1% in a single round it leans harder on the treasury than usual, keeping 1 SOL rather than the usual reserve; the drops refill it from there. Each step still checks on Solana that the 1 SOL is kept, and never dips below it.
  • The reserve gate holds. At most 3.00 SOL is wrapped for the buy, and whatever it doesn't spend is unwrapped straight back, checked on Solana at every step.
  • Nothing is promised. The dao holds and earns on the MOIN it buys; what the price does from there is the market's business.

Once it passes, the keeper carries it out by itself, and the dao page shows it on Solana.

how to vote

On the dao page, with the SOL your drops brought the dao. The vote runs 3 days. It passes when votes worth at least 10% of all votes say yes, and yes beats no. Don't have votes yet? Redirect your drops: every SOL they bring the dao is a vote that stays yours.

Nothing here is financial advice. Crypto is risky, memecoins especially: never put in more than you can afford to lose.

  1. proposal 3: buy MOIN toward the dao owning 1%

Board idea #2, turned into a proposal: the dao buys MOIN with its spare SOL toward owning 10,000,000 MOIN — 1% of the supply, a round at a time — and holds it the way a holder does, in an account that earns drops. It targets the MOIN, keeps the treasury's reserve, and paces itself to the SOL the drops bring in. Why, how it works, and how to vote.

  2. proposal 2: start moin boost

Proposal 2 starts moin boost in one vote: it approves the plan, opens boosting in the vault and turns on weekly payouts for boosters, in USDC or MOIN, from 30% of the dao's income. What a yes does today, what you'd get, and how to vote.

  3. proposal 1: buy moin and usdc, and open a moin/usdc pool

The moin dao's first proposal puts 5 SOL from the treasury into a new MOIN/USDC pool on Meteora that the dao owns, and keeps about a third as its reserve. What it does, how it runs on Solana, what the fees are and aren't, the risks, and how to vote until October 14.
