Telegram

make your own pack
- In Telegram Desktop or Web, open @Stickers and send /newpack for a static set.
- Send each sticker as a file, not a photo, so it keeps its see-through background, then its emoji.
- Send /publish, add the pack icon, and pick the short name for the pack's link.
The emoji go the same way with /newemojipack. Adding a custom emoji set takes Telegram Premium.
Discord

- On desktop or the web, open Server Settings, then Stickers, and upload each sticker with a name and its emoji.
- Upload the emoji under Emoji, in the same settings.
It takes the Create Expressions permission. A server has 5 sticker slots and 50 emoji slots before boosts; all 30 stickers fit from boost level 2.
WhatsApp

add them on your phone
- Unzip the pack on your phone.
- Add the stickers with a sticker maker app, which packs them for WhatsApp. A pack holds up to 30, so all of them fit.
WhatsApp also makes them one at a time: in a chat, open the stickers, tap Create and pick one. The same files work in Signal.
