I propose that the DAO does a MOIN "buyback" of 10M (1%) of the 1000M total supply. This is still an attainable amount today, but will become harder as price increases. This would directly increase DAO revenue through SOL airdrops. The DAO can also stake it for USDC to recover some of the USDC stake airdrops.
